We came to the reception and the hotel’s manager, Mr. Cuzzone, took the time to handle the whole matter for us, beginning with the police report and then with the rental company. The car was taken away and we were on our way in less than an hour. This was the best guest services that I ever experienced anywhere. What a nice person and a great manager! I cannot thank him enough 🙏
